Participants can compete in NO more than 2 events in their category.

Each participant will be charged at HK$65. Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after submission.

Note:
Mixed Team Relay – Each participant must be aged at or under 18. Each team must have at least 2 female members and uses one machine in the relay race. Each crew of a team shall row a specific distance. When it has reached the specific point, the changeover of the crew must take place within 2 strokes. The result of each team will be determined by the time taken by the team to complete a specific distance including the changeover between the crew. The fastest team is the winner.

The participant/parent/guardian declares that the participant has full knowledge of the risks involved and is well prepared; physically and sufficiently fit to undergo the Collinson Group Youth Rowing Series 2026 - Ergo .

The participant/parent/guardian agrees that the participant has strict compliance with all rules, regulations, requirements & instructions related to the above Race and the participant should be responsible for any death, personal injury or loss to property if such is caused by the violation of the regulations, requirements & instructions by the participant.

The participant/parent/guardian agrees that if the participant suffers damage, death or personal injury as a result of participating in this Race, he / she shall not hold the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, the appointed officials, staff & employees liable for such damage, death or personal injury, and he / she makes this agreement in full knowledge of the risks inherent in this Race.

The participant/parent/guardian agrees to pay the costs or replacement for any damages to the race organizer's equipment caused by the participant.

Participants who join the above Race grant to RHKYC, at no cost, the absolute right and permission in perpetuity to use their image and likeness in any media, including video footage, for the sole purposes of advertising, promoting, reporting and disseminating information regarding this Race. If you do not permit your child's image to be used in this manner, please notice the RHKYC Rowing and Paddle Sport department in advance.

Final race schedule and start list are subject to total sign ups and arrangement.

Medical Declaration:
It is the participant/parent/guardian's responsibility to make known of any potential medical conditions that may affect my/our own safety and performance during the above Race and will inform RHKYC of any subsequent conditions that the activity leader should be aware of.

Important Note:

1. The race will be held at RHKYC clubhouse at Kellett Island in Causeway Bay.

2. All participants MUST attend a race briefing before racing.

3. Please ensure you block your calendar for this event. By summiting this form, you confirm that you are fully aware of the race date, time, location and all related details.

4. In case of cancellation of the event, only 50% of the paid entry fee will will be refunded in view of the need of the RHKYC to bear the logistics and set-up costs.
