This is for paddlers with proven on-water experience (kayak, OC or surfski) or holders of the HKCU Proficiency Level Award.
These are sessions for those who want to paddle with a view to improving their fitness and will be of varying distances and/or time depending on training goals, including for example:
- “LSD” or long slow distance sessions of over 2 hours
- Marathon pace sessions of around 1 hour plus warm up and cool down
- Intervals / max effort sessions to build power endurance
We will set our training goals and the route (dependent on weather, current and swell conditions) the day before.
*Age 14 years or older, must be able to swim 50m, experience is required*
Time : 0900-1500hrs
Fee : $350 Members / $400 Non-members
Size: min.6 - max.8 ppl
A detailed trip plan and packing list will be provided once the event is confirmed and participants contacted via email and whatsapp.
