* Entries will only be confirmed by email on or after 26 September.
If the event is over-subscribed, teams will be selected by Lucky Draw.

* Payment will be required after the confirmation email is sent. Payment details will be included in the email.

Selection / Safety Criteria 甄選/安全標準

To increase the safety aspects of this years races, selection / safety criteria for crews entering the Iron, Relay and 10k races will be used. Crews will have to achieve one of the following criteria:

為了提高今年比賽的安全性，鐵人賽、接力賽和10公里比賽的參賽隊伍將採用甄選 / 安全標準。參賽隊伍必須符合以下標準之一：
If any crew members have competed in a previous Hong Kong Around the Island Race, supply the Year, Category and Event together with the Name of the Rower/s. 請出示參賽者曾經參與香港環島賽的年份，比賽類別，比賽項目以及參賽者姓名等等資料。Show proof that they have completed a similar Coastal Rowing Race of a similar distance. 請出示參賽者曾經完成類似距離的海岸賽賽艇比賽的證明。Produce a signed coaches letter confirming that all crew members are competent Coastal Rowers and capable of completing a race of this magnitude. 請出示教練簽名的證明信，證明所有參賽者都是合資格的海岸賽賽艇運動員，適合參與如此規模的賽艇比賽。Before the date that the entries close attend Training Sessions at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club to prove competency. 在截止報名日期前參與香港遊艇會舉辦的海岸賽賽艇評估課程，以證明其賽艇能力。
