Damage agreement* This field is required.It is the responsibility of the hirer to look after the RS21. Please check the boat carefully including the items below. If there is any damage please take a picture and send it to sailingoffice@rhkyc.org.hk before sailing the boat. Any damage not appearing in photographic evidence will be charged to the responsible member's account. In the event of damage, the hirer must inform a member of staff when they return to shore. -Exterior Hull (Scratches and damage)-Interior Fittings (Cleats, blocks, thwarts, etc...)-Sails (tears, battens, eyelets etc...)-Rigging (mast, standing rigging, running rigging) -Foils (Rudder and centreboard/daggerboard)

Indemnity Agreement* This field is required.By signing below you are agreeing that:-I understand that I am required to wear a buoyancy aid at all times when not onshore.-I am on the approved helms list at Middle Island-I am competent in the water whilst wearing a buoyancy aid-I understand that I am sailing at my own risk- I agree to absolve the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club of any responsibility financial or otherwise, or any damage, personal injury or death arising as a result of using a club craft save for any death or personal injury arising because of the club's negligence.-I agree that the cost of any damage to the RS21 I am using or any third party property will be levied to my account accordingly. -
