I desire to propose, who is aged 9 but under 18 for admission as a Cadet Member of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and, in the event of his/her admission, I understand that he/she will be bound by the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and Bye-Laws of the Club, and that he/she is entitled to sign chits, but not entitled to bring guests into the Club. I hereby authorize you to place his/her name on the Register.

I understand to be responsibile for payment of his/her subscription, currently $210 per month, in accordance with the rules time to time in force and also payment of any other monies for which he/she may become liable to the Club.

I therefore authorise to sign chits and his/her specimen signature is enclosed.
