Note that two years notice is generally required and we shall respond to applications within 28 days of receipt of the form. Large scale local events or international events should be organised by NSAs or district sports associations (DSAs), or recognised by relevant International Federation or NSA. Local league competitions should not use this form - please see the other two forms (one land / water).
