  • APPLICATION FOR SINGLE MEMBER'S GUEST CARD

  • RULES

    1. Each single (unmarried) member is only entitled to apply for one guest card.
    2. The single member's guest card, which will show a photograph of the single member, entitles the member to bring one guest onto the Yacht Club premises at any one time.
    3. The guest card can only be used when it is accompanied by the membership card of the single member.
    4. The guest card on its own does not have any validity. The guest has to be accompanied by the member at all times.
    5. The guest is not entitled to sign chits nor to use octopus cards to settle any expenses any the Club.
    6. The guest card has to be renewed annually and the fee will be debited to the member's account. The fee currently stands at $3,040.

  • PLEASE RETURN THE COMPLETED FORM TOGETHER WITH ONE PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH (NO DIGITIAL PHOTO) OF THE MEMBER (NOT THE GUEST).
