I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and by all other rules that govern this event. I understand that participants in the event grant to RHKYC, the sponsor(s) and affiliated companies, at no cost, the absolute right and permission in perpetuity to use their image and likeness in any media, including video footage, for the sole purposes of advertising, promoting, reporting and disseminating information regarding the event. I shall also ensure that my crew (if any) is aware of the undertakings in this Declaration.
